This ring features a 5mm inverted set birthstone of your choice perched on top of a sterling silver full box shank. The width/thickness of the shank is 2.4mm. The birthstone is expertly set, inverted, into a sterling silver bezel for a unique look, the only exception being opal as it is smooth and not inverted.
No two rings are the same, no cookie-cutter manufacturing here! All items are made by hand, by me, upon ordering.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail in a padded envelope for 3.50 + $.10 each additional item, or PRIORITY Flat rate Small Box for $7.00. Your item will packaged in a gift box with bubble wrap for protection. If you are in need of a printed receipt, please add a message in the "notes to seller" section at check out.


PACKAGING:
Orders with multiple items are packaged in a single box, to cut down on waste as well as cost for the customer. If you are in need of multiple gift boxes, please notify me prior to ordering. Additional gift boxes can be added to your order for an additional $.35 each.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All orders out side the US will be sent via USPS 1st Class post for $14.50. There is limited tracking available but it is inconsistent.
NOTE: International orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on location and situation. Please allow up 8 weeks to receive your order as items are often held in customs. Tracking for international orders are not always consistent and are sometimes not updated once the package leaves the US.
The Buyer is responsible for any additional customs tax charged by your country.

All items purchased at The Wrapped Pixie are handmade by me in my home studio. I guarantee your items for 30 days from receipt.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me VIA ETSY within 3 days to resolve it.

When can I expect my order?
Orders can take up to 4 weeks to process prior to shipping, depending on the order volume. If you have a time sensitive order request, please contact me via ETSY messaging prior to placing your order to I can determine if I can accommodate your request. Use the word "URGENT" in the memo line so I know you have a time sensitive question.

Care instructions
I recommend keeping your jewelry in a sealed box or container when not in use, especially sterling silver due because of tarnishing. Clean with regular soap and water and dry thoroughly. Always remove before bathing, swimming or sleeping.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are packaged in a gift box. If you require gift wrapping, gift note or more then one box please contact me prior to ordering.

Customs Duties and Taxes
In some cases, international shipments may incur additional fees upon arrival due to the destination country's taxation laws on imported goods. Please note that these fees are the buyer's responsibility. I do not mark packages as "gifts" to avoid these fees as it is illegal to do so.

Wholesale
I am not currently accepting wholesale requests.

ADDITIONAL PROCESSING INFO:
Every year my family and I take our annual vacation during the summer. Though the dates vary each year, there is usually a 3-4 week time in June into July that orders have a delay in processing. All orders are customized in size (when indicated).

Sizing details

Please verify your correct size prior to ordering to save on the need for a resize. I will gladly resize your item and there are directions for the process found in the policies section.

When can I expect my order?

Please see the current processing time estimate which can be found on the right side of any listing below the "ADD TO CART" link. This estimate is pretty accurate but I do work to get orders out as soon as I possibly can. When order volume is high, it can take up to 4 weeks prior to shipping. Messaging me to ask when your order is expected to ship does take time away from actually producing items. If you do have a time sensitive matter, you can message me and use the word "URGENT" in the memo area so I can brake away to take a look. This does not mean I can automatically accommodate your request but I will make every attempt.

Messaging

Making the items I sell in this shop takes up 90% of my work related time and I'll be honest, answering messages is not my strong suit... When I have to brake away from my work shop to answer questions that can be answered in the listing or by reading the policies, it takes away from the momentum of creating the items that are ordered. If you have an time sensitive matter please message me using "URGENT" in the memo section or, better yet, directly from your order, and I will be sure to see the message.
